Lemon Water (with Honey)

 Simple but it works! Wake up in the morning and make yourself a warm cup of lemon water and your skin will thank you for taking care of it. As for your fat, its time to say good bye!


Ingredients:

4 to 5 slices of fresh lemon
1 to 2 cups of water
1 tsp of honey (optional)

Steps:

  1. Slice your lemon to thin slices. 
  2. In a cup, poke your lemon with a small spoon so that the lemon juices are out and near the bottom of the cup.
  3. Fill your cup with water
  4. Add 1 tsp of honey to your water mixture (if desired)
I personally skip the honey because I like a more acidic drink, it makes me wake up!
